The sales rep who came here selling me the loft insulation and the solar panel system was professional and determined in finding the right solution for me. Installers of loft insulation were rather quick, they did not leave much dirt or excess material. Showed up on time - they were good in explaining the installation procedure.
Stressful job with pressuring customers to buy while being pressured by office, no expenses paid, long hours, lots of driving, questionable leads, not great pay for most of salespeople. Arrived on time and work was carried out in quoted timeframe. Very pleased the the completed work, would use them again and would recommend.
Our experience was wonderful
Very efficient in all that we did - booking, administration and completion of the work. The sales advisor was informative, helpful and there was no pressure. The team who came to install the spray foam installation were courteous, quick, clean and very helpful. The surveyor who came to see us, Andrew, was well presented, knew his product and answered all our questions. At no time did he make us feel pressurised to sign up.
Had the job done very professional, no mess, very sociable delighted with the outcome . From initial enquiry to installation…Review from happy customers. Don't know if it works yet because I haven't put the heating on but I think I can feel a difference anyway with not such varying temperatures in different rooms.
Great company to work for
The workmen arrived promptly, worked fast and efficiently so that the whole thing was done in a day. There were a few anomalies in our roof, for example the dormer, but they took them in their stride. Horrific experience - would not touch this company. Especially would not go near them if you are vulnerable or alone. On the day, 2 strong lads explained what they would be doing and how long it would take. At the end of the job, they showed me their work and the spray really has blocked out the draughts everywhere, particularly where the baby starlings used to fly in!
Gus appeared and stayed for around 2 hours repeating himself about what the problem is, how they will guarantee a fix, drew diagrams then made us watch a few videos. I would highly recommend this product and this firm. Had the underside of the roof insulated by Home Logic. Workers polite and wasted no time in getting the job dome. Already noticed more comfortable lower temperature in the loft during the hot weather. Have no hesitation in recommending this firm to anyone wanting roof insulation. The workmen were polite at all times and cleaned up afterwards.

The first team forgot to spray in 2 places which were rectified by team 2 . 2 guys arrived on, time, they were very polite and explained fully what they were going to do that morning we had a general chat and then they got on with insulating my loft. No mean feat as my loft roof is very low and the fully trained operative was quite tall. They were done in a couple of hours and cleaned everything up after them I would be happy to recommend this company to my friends and relatives. Had my conservatory insulation done today, two guys who came were spot on, did a good job, nice and clean finish and were very polite. The reviews are correct with the outdated sales tactics, but if you know they’re gunna do it then you can just put up with it.
Follow up and after care was excellent without being intrusive. Already feel the benefits from loft foam insulation whereas keeps the heat in my home. Definitely recommend home logic to all your home needs.
The heat retention within the property has increased significantly and that is providing a considerable reduction in my energy usage. The company arrived on time and were very friendly. They ensured that all areas were covered and protected. The process right from the day of contact till installation is fine and smooth.
