I called 2 hours after they were supposed to turn up after my partner called and was told someone would call back. I initially become interested while looking for solar panel installation and had a very thorough and convenient meeting in my home about how that might work and the various options. I then changed my purchase to just roof insulation and it was carried out by 2 lovely installers. The process was managed by Homelogic and I didn't have to get involved much. The installation did have 1 set back but this was rectified with me immediately and felt that this was fair. Spray foam insulation ,The demonstrator who came to see us was very helpful and informative and answered any question we put to him.
Gus appeared and stayed for around 2 hours repeating himself about what the problem is, how they will guarantee a fix, drew diagrams then made us watch a few videos. The workers came for the installation are highly professional and co-operated well with us. However there is a bit of pressure mounted on the customer to make a decision to go ahead for installation during the sales person visit. There has been miss communication between staff and us let’s leave at that. To be called by the owner and offered for someone to come fix the issues we had, this was top job. The owner was apologetic but it’s not his fault, let down by other’s perhaps.
The two chaps were very helpful in getting the loft prepared when they didn't expect to do it. They were tidy and quick, making sure the floors were covered. The actual job looks fine to me, but i'm not an expert at these things. The loft was bigger than they expected but they worked very hard and got the job one.

The first team forgot to spray in 2 places which were rectified by team 2 . 2 guys arrived on, time, they were very polite and explained fully what they were going to do that morning we had a general chat and then they got on with insulating my loft.
